The 2025 Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards are now accepting applications.
The Cartier Women’s Initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship programme aimed at empowering women impact entrepreneurs to drive change.
Established by Cartier in 2006, the programme is open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that demonstrate a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact.
Award Categories
The awards are divided into regional and thematic categories, recognising and funding talented impact entrepreneurs from around the globe who use business as a force for good.
- Thematic Awards: Open to women impact entrepreneurs from any country and sector.
- Regional Awards: Open to women-owned and women-led impact-driven businesses. Three fellows will be selected from each of the following nine regions:
- Latin America and the Caribbean
- North America
- Europe
- Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa
Benefits
Recipients of the Regional Awards will receive the following benefits:
- Grants worth over $200,000.
- Human capital development opportunities.
- Social capital support.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- A proven positive impact embedded within the business model.
- The ability to conduct thorough market analysis and demonstrate market fit.
- A sustainable business and financial model.

To apply, complete the online application form via the official website. Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Resume
- Business registration document
- Business capitalization table
- Pitch deck
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Up to three additional attachments, such as: theory of change/impact framework, impact report, product image, brochure, press coverage, article, or research document.
All documents must be submitted with the online application; separate submissions will not be accepted.
