Steps to Submit Your Application Successfully

  1. Online Application
    After submitting your application, you will receive three online assessments. These must be completed within 10 days and will take about 40 minutes in total.

  2. Timed Cognitive Test
    This test assesses verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning. Each section is timed at 4 minutes, so be prepared to answer quickly and accurately.

  3. Working Style Assessment
    This evaluates your work approach and behavioral traits. It is not timed and usually takes 10-12 minutes. Shell values diversity, so answer honestly to reflect your true working style. You will receive a personalized report based on your responses.

  4. On-Demand Video Interview
    In this step, you will record a self-introduction and answer competency-based questions presented by current Shell graduates. You can complete this interview at any internet-enabled location at your convenience. For each question, you’ll have 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to record your answer
