Are you a young changemaker with a passion for governance, business strategy, and political impact? The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI) is offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience through its 2025 Summer Associate Internship Programme.

Program Overview
This 10-week programme, running from June 2025, is designed for ambitious students eager to make a difference. Interns will join TBI’s dynamic teams across Anglophone and Francophone West African countries, including The Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.

Participants will work closely with political leaders and experts, contributing to impactful projects that drive positive change in governance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a keen interest in data and problem-solving.

  • Be legally eligible to work in the internship country of your choice (Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Kenya, Senegal, The Gambia, Nigeria, or Zanzibar).

  • Be able to cover any accommodation or boarding costs.
