The Hague Program on International Cybersecurity has opened applications for its fellowships to exchange expertise on international cybersecurity.
The fellowship is inviting applicants to conduct research and fieldwork, exchange with the program as well as with The Hague policy community, and promote their research to a wider audience.

Eligibility
Interested applicants must be a researcher and professional with a background in international cyber security at any stage of their career.
Selected visiting fellows can participate in either the Fall or Spring semester, undertaking short research visits of 1 to 3 weeks at Leiden University’s The Hague Campus.
How to Apply
Submit the following documents in a single PDF or DOC file to Ms. Corianne Oosterbaan at c.m.oosterbaan@fgga.leidenuniv.nl:
- A statement of intent of not more than 2 pages, explaining your motivation for applying, your proposed research focus, and why you are a good fit for the programme.
- A brief proposal for a deliverable (e.g., policy paper, blog post or lecture) to be produced during the fellowship in collaboration with the programme’s researchers, including how you intend to engage with them and how your own research would benefit from the fellowship.
- Preferred dates and duration (must be included; please be specific [e.g., 1-14 October]; multiple dates/options preferred)
- A full CV, including a full list of publications.
