The International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) has opened applications for its competitive Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme in Life Sciences.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must be nationals of an ICGEB Member State. Fellows may not undertake the programme in their home country unless they have lived abroad for at least three years at the time of application.
Candidates must hold a recent PhD in Life Sciences or have a minimum of three years of research experience. Preference is given to researchers under 35 years of age.
Requirements
Prospective fellows are required to first contact an ICGEB Group Leader or Principal Investigator (PI) with a motivation letter to confirm the availability of laboratory space.
The applicant and Group Leader must jointly develop a research proposal, which will form the core of the application.
A written statement of support from the selected Group Leader is mandatory.
