Reckitt Catalyst has launched a global call for the next generation of social innovators to join its prestigious accelerator program.

The initiative is designed to scale bold, practical solutions that improve access to health, hygiene, and clean water in underserved regions.

To date, the program has supported more than 80 innovators across 15 countries, reaching two million people with life-saving services.

By backing local leaders, the program aims to drive both economic growth and measurable social impact where it is needed most.

Funding and benefits

Successful applicants will gain access to seed funding, specialized mentorship, and technical expertise provided through a network of global partners.

These partners include Yunus Social Innovation, the Health Innovation Exchange (HIEx), and Acumen America.

A standout feature of the program is the participation of tennis icon Serena Williams as Entrepreneur-in-Residence.

Williams will provide dedicated mentorship to women leading these ventures, helping them leverage her entrepreneurial flair to amplify their community impact.

Application requirements and eligibility

The accelerator is currently seeking entrepreneurs who are actively improving healthcare, water, sanitation, or hygiene systems.

Eligibility is focused on innovators based in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil.

A core ambition of the program is to empower 200 female and underrepresented founders by the year 2030.

Ventures may range from those creating new health products and services to those focused on strengthening essential supply chains.

Deadline

Applications for the global program are currently open, and interested social entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply through the official digital portal.

The program is working toward a long-term goal of impacting five million people by 2030.

For innovators operating within the United States, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

This flexible submission window allows American social enterprises to seek support and resources as they reach key stages of their development.
