The Adinkra Fellowship is dedicated to fostering deep, meaningful connections between Africa and the African diaspora. It seeks to empower a new generation of changemakers by selecting exceptional individuals driven by talent, passion, and a commitment to transformative leadership.

Eligibility Criteria
The fellowship is open to rising leaders aged 40 and under from Africa’s 54 nations and the global African diaspora, including African American, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latinx, Black Canadian, and other communities of African descent.
Selection Process
Applications and nominations will be reviewed by a dedicated jury, with 20 to 40 fellows selected for the inaugural 2026 cohort.
