The Nigeria LNG Limited has opened application for its post-Primary Scholarship Scheme (PPSS), which honours high-performing Basic Six pupils resident in Rivers State.
The PPSS, which is part of NLNG’s commitment to social investment in education, is designed to help indigene pupils in NLNG host communities access quality secondary education.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a Basic Six pupil in a public school based in Rivers State.
- Be an indigene of NLNG host communities.
- Be between the ages of 10 and 12 years.
- Not be beneficiaries of other awards or related to NLNG staff.
Candidates must upload the following documents in PDF format during registration:
- First, second, and third term results for Basic 4, 5, and 6.
- A National Population Commission-issued birth certificate.
- An attestation letter stamped and signed by the headmaster/headmistress of your current school.
- An indigene confirmation letter signed by the CDC Chairman or Community Chief.
- A Local Government Area (LGA) identification letter.
- A recent passport photograph (no glasses, not older than 3 months).
- In addition, applicants must secure provisional admission to one of our partner secondary schools.

The selection test is paper-based and will be held at designated test centres in Port Harcourt and Bonny. Persons Living with Disabilities (PLWDs) are encouraged to apply and may request reasonable adjustments.
