The 2026 edition brings together ten industry leaders, such as Hilti Venture and VINCI Group’s Leonard, to scout for breakthroughs across the entire construction lifecycle.
From preconstruction tools to smart buildings, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between emerging startups and established corporate legends.
Funding and benefits
Successful participants will gain access to an unparalleled networking ecosystem featuring over 5,000 startups and 300 active investors.
The competition offers winners equity-free cash prizes, while all applicants remain eligible for potential strategic investments to scale their business operations exponentially.
Beyond capital, winners can secure opportunities to pilot their technologies in real-world markets globally through the partners’ extensive networks.
Finalists will also earn a spot at prestigious “Pitch Day” events in Singapore, Las Vegas, or Helsinki to showcase their solutions to top industry executives.
Application requirements and eligibility
The competition is open to startups specializing in five core focus areas: Preconstruction Tech, Jobsite Productivity, ClimaTech, Smart Manufacturing & Logistics, and Smart Buildings and Infrastructure.
Innovations in carbon capture, jobsite robotics, and advanced materials are among the many specific sub-sectors invited to apply.
Applicants should demonstrate how their solutions address modern challenges such as BIM, digital twins, and energy optimization.

The application window is currently open, following the official competition launch on May 4.
