The Elevate Prize Foundation has launched a global call for its 2027 cohort, searching for “dynamic and visionary” social impact leaders ready to take their work to the world stage.
The prize recognizes bold changemakers at a pivotal moment, offering a tailored program to expand their visibility and deepen their impact.
Funding and benefits
Winners receive $300,000 in unrestricted, trust-based funding, $250,000 allocated to their organization and $50,000 directly to the individual leader.
This financial injection is designed to support both the mission and the resilience of the person behind it, acknowledging the personal costs often associated with leading change.
Beyond the capital, the prize includes a tailored two-year partnership focused on visibility and organizational growth.
A dedicated team provides strategic support in areas such as media strategy, narrative development, and influencer partnerships to help turn powerful ideas into global movements.
The program also prioritizes “whole leader” development, investing in the well-being and growth of participants.
Leaders gain access to executive coaching, retreats, and mindfulness practices, ensuring they remain steady and strategic while building a strong global community of peers.
Application requirements and eligibility
The search is open to Founders, CEOs, or Executive Directors who are at least 18 years old and lead registered nonprofits or international equivalents.
Eligible organizations typically have annual budgets between $2 million and $10 million, though those outside this range may be considered based on their readiness for impact.
Ideal candidates are those pursuing systemic or cultural change through advocacy, policy, or direct service and have demonstrated clear momentum.
Applicants must be willing to engage deeply in a two-year collaborative partnership and contribute to the prize’s growing global alumni network.
The multi-stage selection process begins with a public nomination window followed by eligibility reviews and in-depth evaluations by internal experts and alumni.
Finalists will participate in interviews with the selection committee, with winners notified toward the end of the year.
Deadline
The nomination period is open now and concludes on May 8, 2026. Anyone can nominate a leader who is driving transformative change to help them gain the resources and visibility needed to scale their impact.
