Eligibility Criteria

While priority will be given to women from developing countries, ideal candidates should:

  • Demonstrate excellence in previous academic and/or professional endeavours, including GPA (or equivalent) and GMAT/GRE
  • Showcase their career growth and global exposure with a clear vision for leadership.
  • Illustrate their ability to contribute to the overall learning experience of the class
  • Write a compelling 750-word essay on the topic: “Building a diverse and inclusive workplace requires the participation and accountability of each member of the organisation. What would you recommend as ways for Nestlé to better foster allyship amongst employees?”

Benefits

  • Tuition support of up to CHF 40,000 (roughly $50,000) for selected candidates.
