Applications are now open for the 2025 Policy and Legal Advocacy Center (PLAC) Internship, a 10-week full-time programme for young Nigerians interested in understanding legislative practice and processes at the National Assembly. It is backed by the European Union (EU).

Eligibility

To be selected, candidates should:

  • Be a Nigerian between 21 and 35 years old and based in Abuja.
  • Possess a first degree in any discipline.
  • Have completed NYSC.
  • Have great writing and speaking skills
  • Be savvy with computers.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills

How to Apply

  • Complete application on PLAC internship recruitment portal
  • Upload your CV (not more than 2 pages) in Microsoft Word format and saved in your name. CV should include details such as your state of origin, date of birth, and where you completed your NYSC.
  • Submit a 300-word statement of interest explaining why your participation in the internship matters.
