The programme targets ocean-focused startups working to reduce pollution, protect marine life, promote sustainable resource use or address ocean-related climate challenges.
Its goal is to scale innovations that improve ocean health while building profitable, resilient businesses. Both pre-revenue and post-revenue ventures are eligible, provided they have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or are close to launching one.
