This seven-month residential programme is designed for those who have turned personal adversity into strength and are ready to launch initiatives that address pressing social issues. Through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship, participants develop the skills and strategies needed to transform bold ideas into sustainable ventures.

Who can apply?
Kanthari is looking for individuals who are:

20 years or older.

Survivors of significant adversity (such as exclusion, disability, poverty, war, disaster, or abuse).

Motivated by a strong “fire inside” to create positive change.

Equipped with a clear social project or enterprise idea.

Able to communicate in English and use basic computer tools (MS Word, Excel, email, internet).

Ready to fully commit to the seven-month residential programme.
