Applications for the 2025 International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Young Leaders Collective are now open for early-career and professional accountants.
IFAC is seeking fresh insights and perspectives from aspiring professional accountants with less than five years of work experience on some of the most significant challenges and opportunities facing the profession.

Record and upload a 60-second audio or video explaining why you’re passionate about accountancy and why you want to join the Collective.

Upload a letter of recommendation from a non-family member. This can be from a professional, academic, or volunteer connection. Preference will be given to applications accompanied by a recommendation from an IFAC member organisation, IFAC network partner, or Forum of Firms member.
