Application requirements and eligibility
To qualify, all projects must be entirely student-led and managed within a university club setting.
The proposing students must be currently enrolled in an accredited higher education institution. One of the requirements of eligibility is securing institutional support for the duration of the project.

The university must agree to handle fund management and provide necessary oversight to ensure the grant’s success.
The application process requires the submission of a two-page concept note through the Submittable platform.
This document should articulate the project’s vision and how it aligns with the Foundation’s goals.

In addition to the concept note, applicants must provide a comprehensive budget and timeline, outlining specific milestones.
An official letter of support from the host institution is also required to finalize the submission.

Deadline
The application window is currently open and will remain so on basis through July 31, 2026.
However, students are encouraged to apply early for priority review, with all projects required to conclude by December 31, 2026
