The Gratitude Network Fellowship is now accepting applications from nonprofit leaders seeking to strengthen their leadership capacity and scale their organisation’s impact.

Focus

The Fellowship supports leaders of mission-driven organisations who are ready to grow with intention. It provides tools for strategy development, team strengthening, and long-term planning—equipping leaders to make informed decisions, manage change and build organisations capable of serving more people.

Funding details

Selected fellows receive executive-level coaching, guided learning sessions and practical tools they can apply immediately. They also join a global network of peers and mentors that continues to offer support long after the programme ends.

To ensure accessibility, about 65% of participants receive full or partial scholarships. Applicants choose from three tiers based on their organisation’s financial capacity:

  • Tier 1 (0–1,000 USD): For small or resource-constrained organizations

  • Tier 2 (2,500 USD): For organizations with moderate budgets

  • Tier 3 (4,000 USD): For well-funded organizations with established professional development support

Higher-tier fees help subsidise scholarships for leaders with limited resources.

Who can apply

Applicants must meet requirements at both the leadership and organisational levels.

Leaders should:

  • Hold strategic decision-making authority.

  • Work full-time within the organisation.

  • Be ready to scale programs and expand impact.

  • Be coachable and open to leadership development.

  • Have advanced to fluent English proficiency.

  • Be able to meet all time and participation commitments.

Organisations should be:

  • Mission-driven

  • Positioned for growth

  • Ready to engage fully in a structured 13-month development process

How to apply

Applicants must complete an online application, select the appropriate fee tier and provide details about their organisation’s mission, structure and growth goals. They must also demonstrate readiness to fully participate in the programme and potential for meaningful community impact.

Deadline

Applications are due on February 06, 2026. To apply, interested organisations should visit the Gratitude Network website.
