The Human Rights Advocates Programme is inviting applications from grassroots human-rights defenders seeking to strengthen their advocacy skills and engage with a global network of practitioners.
The programme supports professionals working directly with affected communities, offering advanced training, mentorship and international exposure to deepen their impact.

Who can apply
Eligible applicants should:

Be actively engaged in human rights work through an NGO
-
Work as lawyers, journalists, doctors, teachers, social workers or community organisers.

Be committed to grassroots advocacy, ideally balancing paid employment with ongoing fieldwork.

Demonstrate strong experience, commitment and capacity for graduate-level study.

Receive endorsement from their organisation to ensure reintegration after the programme.

Be fluent in English.
