The Aspire Institute has opened applications for the Aspire Leaders Programme, a fully funded online leadership journey designed for first-generation and limited-income university students and recent graduates around the world.
Aim
The initiative provides an accessible pathway for young changemakers to develop their leadership potential through high-quality learning experiences co-created with faculty from Harvard Business School and Harvard University.
The programme aims to help participants discover their strengths, build professional skills and learn how to drive meaningful change in both their local communities and global contexts.

Who can apply
The programme is open to young people who meet the following criteria:

Aged 18–29.

From a limited-income background or the first in their family to attend university.

Currently enrolled in a university programme or a recent graduate.

Able to complete a short 10-minute application.
How to apply
Applicants must complete the online application form, confirm their eligibility and provide basic information about their educational background. Selection is based on meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting a complete application.
