The UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is inviting proposals from qualified  organisations for an important study. This research will inform the design of the second phase of the Kenya Catalytic Jobs Fund (KCJF).

Focus

The primary aim is to analyse lessons from the first phase of the KCJF and, using those findings, make recommendations for the fund’s second iteration. The programme offers a total budget of up to £100,000 for the successful applicant to execute the study.

Eligibility criteria

This opportunity is open to organisations with the technical expertise to conduct detailed programme analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations. The FCDO is looking for a partner that can effectively evaluate the initial phase of the jobs fund and offer clear guidance for its future.

Application process

Qualified organisations must submit formal proposals through the FCDO’s designated procurement portal. Visit the GOV.UK website to access the portal. Applications should detail the proposed methodology for the study, the team’s expertise, and the overall approach to meeting the project’s objectives.

The submission of proposals closes on 13th October 2025 .
