Ecobank Nigeria, a subsidiary of the banking group Transnational Corporation (ETI), is now accepting applications into its Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) for the 2025/2026 cohort. The Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) is a structured recruitment and development initiative through which successful candidates undergo training, gain hands-on experience and receive continuous professional support as they build a career within Ecobank. Participants will be integrated into roles across the bank where they can make meaningful contributions while acquiring relevant skills.
Who is eligible?
To qualify for the ELDP 2025/2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree from an accredited university.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
