Organised by the Zendal Group, the awards aim to advance global health by supporting the development of medicines and vaccines that prevent diseases in both humans and animals.

€40,000 prize to a public or private institution (e.g., university or government body) contributing to improved human health. -
Animal Healthcare Award
€25,000 prize to an institution promoting animal welfare through healthcare and disease prevention initiatives.

Researchers or institutions may submit multiple distinct projects, but the same project cannot be submitted more than once. Projects can be in any phase before commercialisation.
