Key Responsibilities

Assist in business development: email outreach, drafting proposals and researching prospects.

Contribute to insights and data collection for ecosystem reports, pitch decks, grant applications, and funding trackers.

Support the coordination and execution of internal and external projects or events.

Keep internal systems—databases, folders, reports—organised and up-to-date.

Help draft operational documents and set up simple CRM systems to improve workflows.

Attend stakeholder meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Create and manage timelines, checklists, and prep materials for events.
Requirements

Strong interest in media, the creative economy, innovation, or business strategy.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, Trello, or Airtable.

Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.

Prior experience securing grants or investment is an advantage.
