Applications are now open for the 2025 edition of the Women in Africa (WIA) Young Leaders Programme.

Now in its fourth edition, the WIA Young Leaders Programme is designed to support and spotlight young African women leaders who are poised to play key roles in the continent’s transformation.

The initiative is held in partnership with Dior, French investment bank Lazard, and global audit and consulting firm KPMG.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be between 25 and 40 years old (flexibility possible based on experience)

  • Be of African origin (either born in an African country or have at least one parent born in Africa)

  • Be Francophone, Anglophone, or Lusophone

  • Be multilingual, with the ability to speak several languages
