Unilever Nigeria has launched the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Program (FUCAP), offering an exciting opportunity for undergraduates and recent graduates to gain valuable work experience in one of Nigeria’s leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.
The year-long internship is designed to help young talents upskill, gain hands-on experience, and explore careers in sales and marketing. Interns will serve as FUCAP Field Sales Interns in strategic locations.

Key Responsibilities
As a FUCAP Field Sales Intern, you will:

Identify, monitor, and onboard new viable retail outlets.

Support order fulfilment processes.
-
Assist merchandisers with in-store execution and display optimisation.
-
Address customer complaints and monitor performance.
-
Drive distribution for core SKUs, new product launches, and shelf visibility.
-
Support perfect store and channel-specific programmes.
-
Participate in regular stocktaking, system reconciliation, and timely stock delivery.

Track market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotions, and product launches.
Eligibility Criteria

Have completed or be currently serving in the NYSC program.
