The Japan Africa Dream Scholarship Program (JADS) is inviting African graduates interested in pursuing a master’s degree to apply for its scholarship programme.
The scholarship is a partnership between the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Government of Japan, providing a fully funded 12-month scholarship programme in Japan
JADS is designed to assist younger African college students in constructing abilities and data by supporting them in earning a diploma at chosen universities in Japan. The program focuses on science, know-how, innovation, and different fields important for Africa’s improvement.

Who Can Apply?
Interested candidates should:
- Be a citizen of the AfDB member nation in Africa.
- Not be older than 35 years and should have a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of 1- 12 months of labour expertise
- Be admitted into one of many JADS-accredited packages.
- Be committed to returning to Africa and contributing to its improvement.
