Do you love videos and want to learn how to edit them? Are you a young African with big ideas and a creative spark? This is your chance to grow your skills and create something amazing.
The Flourish Creators Fellowship is looking for 10 young Africans between the ages of 18 and 45. If you are curious about video editing but don’t know where to start, this fellowship is for you.
Benefits
- In this 2-month online training program, you will learn how to use CapCut, a free and easy video editing tool, to make professional and creative videos. You will start from the basics and grow into a confident editor.

Fellows will take part in live classes every two weeks on Saturdays at 6 PM (WAT). There will also be weekly recorded lessons you can watch at your own time.

Before moving to the next lesson, you will complete small tasks to show what you have learned.

At the end of the fellowship, you will get a certificate to show your new skills.

The best project will win a £100 cash prize.

Beyond the training, fellows will get personal and professional support, allowing you to learn how to build your online presence, create a portfolio, and grow your personal brand.

Fellows will also join a Pan-African network of young creatives. This means you can connect with others, share ideas, and work on future projects together.

You will also have access to digital internships, grants, and other opportunities through Flourish Her Africa and its partners.
