The programme aims to strengthen the continent’s research capacity by helping young scholars lead policy-focused projects that drive Africa’s transformation.
Focus
The programme encourages research that addresses real challenges facing the continent. This year’s priority areas include Gender Equality, Regional Integration, Innovation and Digital Policy, and Green Industrial Transformation.
Each topic reflects ACET’s vision of fostering inclusive, sustainable growth driven by data, ideas, and leadership from within Africa.
Funding details

What’s more, fellows will gain mentorship from ACET Senior Fellows, access to peer-learning and networking opportunities, and chances to present and publish their findings.
The programme also offers exposure at ACET events, helping participants connect with experts and policymakers.
