The Nigerian Navy has released the interview schedule for shortlisted candidates in its Basic Training School Batch 38, following the recruitment examination held on November 29, 2025.
In a recent press statement, the Navy announced that the interview and screening exercise will be held between January 10 and February 21, 2026.
Interviews location
This exercise will be conducted at two centres, depending on the candidates’ geopolitical zones:
- Nigerian Defence Academy or NDA Old Site – Kaduna State
- Nigerian Navy Basic Training School – Onne, Rivers State

At NDA Old Site Kaduna State
- North West: 10th – 23rd January 2026
- North Central: January 24 – February 6, 2026
- North East: 7–20 Feb 2026
At NNBTS Onne, Rivers State
- South-South: 10–23 January 2026
- South East: 24 January – 6 February, 2026
- South West: 7–20 Feb 2026
Candidates are required to attend the interview according to their assigned dates and geopolitical zones.
