The MedTech Innovator Accelerator is now accepting applications from early- to mid-stage medical device, diagnostic and digital-health companies worldwide.
With a view to accelerate healthcare innovation, the programme connects promising startups with top-tier mentors, investors and industry leaders to help refine their solutions and scale successfully.
Focus
The accelerator targets companies that are transforming how health technologies are developed and delivered. Its primary goal is to support startups improving patient outcomes, reducing healthcare costs, and addressing unmet clinical needs through innovation.
What’s on offer
Selected participants will gain unparalleled visibility at leading industry events, direct access to healthcare investors and decision-makers, and participation in a curated virtual curriculum.
Early-stage companies (pre-Series B) will also be paired with mentors from MedTech Innovator’s corporate partners and have the opportunity to compete for up to $500,000 in funding.
All selected startups will benefit from global exposure, complimentary conference passes and entry into MedTech Innovator’s exclusive alumni network.
Who can apply
The accelerator is open to companies that:
● Operate within the medical device, diagnostics or digital-health sectors.
● Have raised no more than a Series C funding round.
● Possess at least a prototype or proof of concept.
● Demonstrate financial capacity to execute during the programme.
● Have a senior team member available for key events.
How to apply
Applicants must provide clear details about their innovation, its clinical or market relevance and how it fits within the medtech ecosystem.
Companies are expected to actively participate throughout the programme, including major events such as the June Summit and the October Showcase, where they will engage with investors, corporate partners and industry peers.
Evaluation
Each year, over 50 leading startups and scaleups are selected for the accelerator cohort. About 20% of applicants are invited to pitch directly to investors, healthcare providers and executives from global medtech firms.
Selected companies receive mentorship, investor feedback, and a platform to present their technologies to the wider healthcare industry.
