The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) aims to connect high-potential Nigerian graduates with meaningful, hands-on work opportunities across the country.

Key dates

  • Application Opens: 22 October 2025 at 5:00 PM (WAT)

  • Application Closes: 12 November 2025

Who can apply

Applicants must meet all the following criteria:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen.

  • Be a fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND) who graduated in 2022 or later.

  • Have a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) for a Bachelor’s degree or Upper Credit (≥ 3.00) for an HND.

  • Be 30 years old or younger.

  • Be currently unemployed.

  • Have completed NYSC or obtained an exemption certificate.

  • Show a genuine interest in building a career in their chosen field.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to Nigeria’s socio-economic development.

  • Possess strong time management, professionalism and communication skills.

Required documents

You’ll need to upload the following during your application:

  • Notarised degree certificate

  • NYSC certificate or exemption letter

  • Curriculum vitae (CV)

  • National Identification Number (NIN) slip

  • Bank Verification Number (BVN)

Application process

Once you’ve submitted your application, here’s what to expect:

  1. Computer-Based aptitude test

  2. Psychometric test

  3. Video submission—You’ll respond to the prompt:

    “What makes YOU an ideal NJFP Fellow?”

Device requirements

To participate successfully, ensure you have access to:

Smartphone (strongly recommended):

  • Android 8.0+ or iOS 12+

  • At least 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

  • Minimum 500 MB free storage

  • Screen size: 5 inches or more, 720p resolution

Laptop/Desktop (for advanced use):

  • Processor: Intel i3 or equivalent

  • Memory: Minimum 4 GB RAM

  • Storage: At least 10 GB free space

  • OS: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+ or Linux

  • Supported browsers: Chrome (v90+), Firefox (v85+), Edge (v90+), Safari (v13+) or Opera Mini (latest)
