The call for entries is now open for the 2026 Asia Taiwan International Sculpture Award, inviting sculptors from around the world to submit their works for consideration.

A global celebration of sculpture

The award focuses exclusively on international sculpture and aims to spotlight outstanding creativity and craftsmanship from artists across continents. Its open registration process ensures broad participation, providing both established and emerging sculptors with a global platform to showcase their talent.

Prizes 

This prestigious competition offers substantial financial rewards and institutional recognition.

  • Gold Award: NT$1.8 million in prize money and NT$1.4 million in collection support (total NT$3.2 million), plus a trophy, certificate, five albums, and a complete set.

  • Silver Award: NT$1 million in prize money and NT$1.4 million in collection support (total NT$2.4 million), plus a trophy, certificate, and five albums.

  • Bronze Award: NT$500,000 in prize money and NT$1.4 million in collection support (total NT$1.9 million), plus a trophy, certificate, and five albums.

  • Selected Entries (9 participants): NT$1.4 million in collection support, plus a trophy, certificate, and five albums.

In addition, overseas winners will receive air travel subsidies ranging from NT$18,000 to NT$36,000, depending on their region.

Who can apply

The competition is open to both professional and emerging sculptors from any country. Applicants must submit original sculptural works that demonstrate artistic excellence, innovation, and technical skill.

To qualify, participants must:

  • Register for the 2026 Asia Taiwan International Sculpture Award.

  • Follow the outlined submission and registration procedures.

  • Provide complete documentation of their sculptural works for review.
