Lafarge Africa Plc has announced applications for its 2025/2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, offering young Nigerian graduates the chance to kickstart their careers in engineering, business and sustainable innovation.
The year-long programme is designed to develop the next generation of leaders across technical and business functions. It combines structured learning, hands-on experience and mentorship within a multinational environment.
Programme structure

Induction (1 month): Trainees will begin with a comprehensive introduction to Lafarge’s culture, standards and core operations.

Job Rotation (4 months): Participants will rotate across departments such as manufacturing, logistics, procurement and commercial operations, gaining practical exposure to the company’s processes.

Specialisation (7 months): The final stage focuses on deep specialisation, where trainees handle real projects and responsibilities under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Eligibility
Lafarge is seeking smart, motivated, and tech-savvy graduates eager to gain real-world experience in a performance-driven environment. Applicants must:

Have graduated no earlier than January 2023 with at least a Second-Class degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
