The World Health Organisation (WHO) invites creative and communications professionals to submit proposals for its World Hearing Day 2026 campaign. This is designed to raise global awareness about ear and hearing care ahead of the observance on March 3, 2026 via creative methods.

The project and its impact

Successful applicants will be tasked with designing a suite of campaign materials that includes posters, web banners, social media graphics, branding elements and certificates.

The designs should be suitable for both digital and print platforms and should appeal to diverse audiences, from schoolchildren to healthcare workers.

Who can apply

This call is open to creative professionals who can manage a large-scale design project and meet the WHO’s standards:

  • Are creative and communications professionals, such as design agencies or experienced freelancers.
  • Can provide a portfolio showcasing past work relevant to public campaigns.
  • Has the capacity to produce materials in the six official UN languages.
  • Are available to work closely with the WHO between August 2025 and March 2026.

Submissions must contain a complete proposal package, including a concept note outlining the creative vision, a portfolio, the team’s expertise and a detailed timeline and budget.
