2Gether-International is launching a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Accelerator Program focused on founders with disabilities of early-stage tech-based startups.
The course gives step-by-step guidance to help successful applicants build an MVP, test it with real users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. They will learn to reduce risk, maximize learning, and stay focused on solving real customer problems.
The phased program includes the prototype building phase, the testing phase, the iteration stage, the branding stage, and the launching phase. The different stages include participation in workshops and private online communities.
At the launching stage, participants will have the chance to compete and win a $5,000 prize.
By the end of the program, participants would be able to use low-code/no-code tools or mockups to build and define the scope of their MVP based on real customer pain points, test the MVP, and launch a beta version to validate key assumptions with early adopters.
They will also be able to collect and interpret user feedback to improve your product and measure success using KPIs tied to product-market fit.
