The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has officially opened its application portal for the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 2, inviting Nigerian youths and job seekers to apply.
The RHEI is a federal empowerment programme aimed at equipping unemployed Nigerians with hands-on skills to enhance employability, promote entrepreneurship, and bridge the nation’s skills gap. The initiative offers a wide range of flexible training schemes, with participants able to choose from various skill-set options.

Program benefits include a ₦30,000 monthly stipend for learning expenses, a Certificate of Completion from NDE, starter packs for business kick-off, and access to low-interest business loans.
