Conservationists across the world can now submit entries for the 2026 edition of the Future for Nature Awards.

The award, which targets outstanding individual efforts towards wildlife preservation, aims to boost winners’ professional networks. It also provides funding to winners to help them scale their impact.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.

  • Be proficient in the English language.

Candidates who applied for the 2025 Future for Nature Award and will reach the upper age limit by 2026 may reapply as a one-time exception.

Selection Criteria

  • No administrative deductions by host organisations are allowed.
  • Between six and 12 nominees will be shortlisted and asked to submit additional information.
  • Three awardees will be selected from the shortlist.

  • Submissions must reflect the applicant’s personal work and vision.
