Eligibility Criteria
The programme is open to:

Responsibilities of Selected Fellows

Actively participate in all scheduled sessions, including mentorship meetings, trainings, and peer learning forums.

Provide regular progress updates and submit a final report upon project completion

Represent the Reach for Gold Initiative with integrity, professionalism, and excellence
